Do you feel like you are just functioning, like a cog in a wheel that is driven by others and works perfectly for everyone? Have you finally had enough? But you don’t know how to get out of it? And how to take control of your own change?
Then you read articles with catchy headlines like:
“7 mistakes that prevent you from running a successful business and life” or “5 rules that will bring you success in your career and in your life” etc.
But none of them really helped you in the long term – otherwise you wouldn’t still be looking…
In this blog article I’ll tell you what really helped me personally as an expert in leadership and change and also give you a simple method to finally get into action and take your change into your own hands.

Change it – be the change!
Get out of your self-imposed misery and become your own stroke of luck!!!!!
You know them: these super simple recipes from books, websites, podcasts and the like?
As an ambitious woman, I have read and tried many of them too… but they didn’t help me; even worse, they reinforced the feeling: “I’m a hopeless case!”
I understand the dissatisfaction, often resignation, that sets in when you keep failing because of the same hurdles, thoughts, feelings, behavioral patterns and actions. Motivation and joy fall by the wayside, and lasting success and satisfaction do not come. A vicious circle – despite the will and serious effort to do better, to do it as best as possible – you unconsciously create your own catastrophe, so to speak – what a dilemma.

The solution does not lie in theoretical research, in following advice, in implementing numerous tips and tricks, in avoiding mistakes, etc.
I can reassure you, it is not that difficult or complex. It takes a bit of courage and the inner decision to first be the change for yourself and to find your own way out of the catastrophe/dilemma towards happiness and success.
Sounds theoretical, then it’s time for practice!
Come with me to the cinema – to the mind cinema!!!
The film is a drama!
First film scene
You see the last situation you experienced, where you were really resigned and disappointed. Close your eyes, you know the film very well and put yourself back in your role, allow the space, your thoughts, your words, the entire conversation with everyone involved; as well as your feelings, your frustration, your incomprehension, your anger.
Second film scene
The same film, the same situation, only you are the person behind the camera and you watch it as an uninvolved observer. You know everyone involved, but now you are watching yourself. You see your facial expression, you see your posture, you not only hear the others, you ALSO listen to YOURSELF. Try to ignore the feelings and justifications you know, because the person behind the camera is just watching – a bit unusual, but already quite exciting.
Ask yourself the following questions:
Has anything changed?
Is it still the same drama?
How do you like your role? Does it really make sense to you?
Third film scene
You already suspect it!!!
The same film, the same situation!
Now you take a seat in the director’s chair!
First ask yourself the following question:
What film genre do you really want? Drama, horror, dark drama, science fiction, comedy, romance, reality show, documentary, thriller, ………
Contact the scriptwriter, discuss the main role with him – only your own, of course, and rework the entire situation until your role is consistent and authentic for you.
Fourth film scene
Mistake!!!
Not the same film!!!
You sit in the cinema as a viewer and watch the film with your changed main role, observe yourself – but also everyone else involved.
What has changed?
That was one of my favorite and easiest methods for moving from unconscious action to conscious design.
Another little tip: Be patient and forgiving with yourself if you haven’t managed to get through all the scenes in the film, but I advise you to book with me immediately.
A new, unfamiliar path – don’t be afraid! With this method you have taken the first step – feel it and use it again and again in challenging situations. This is how your change begins, this is how you get the seemingly immovable ball rolling.
Just as there are hiking and mountain guides, I am there as a companion and advisor when it comes to your own transformation path towards a happy, fulfilled, self-determined and successful life.
